Terms of Service — Krupno

Krupno (the "App") is operated by WixMart Sp. z o.o., Poland. Contact: biuro@wixmart.pl. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App lets you upload and edit your own media, schedule and publish posts to social media accounts you connect (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), and view statistics of your own accounts and posts.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish, including compliance with the rules of each platform and applicable law (copyright, advertising rules, age restrictions).
• You must not use the App for unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

3. Platform terms

Publishing through the App is subject to the terms of the respective platforms. The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

4. Availability and liability

The App is provided "as is". We do our best to publish scheduled posts on time, but we are not liable for failures caused by the platforms' APIs, network outages or actions of the platforms (e.g. rate limits, account restrictions). Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform rules.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the App.
